Begin with the room
The first invitation comes from the space itself. Pale stone catches a soft reflection from the pool. A seat is placed where it can be used without becoming part of a display. Towels are within reach. Nothing in the room needs an elaborate explanation before the visitor can settle.
We imagine the pool as a quiet centre rather than an attraction. A few slow lengths, a pause at the edge, the sound of water moving gently against stone. The city remains nearby in the story, but the room creates enough distance to make its noise feel less immediate.
The pleasure is in deciding how much of the morning to set aside. A short swim can be enough; a longer visit can move through the rooms with pauses between them. There is no need to make the experience ambitious. A little time, comfortably spent, is a generous thing.
