Riva · The table at Palazzo Aurelia
At the table
Riva is our imagined Venetian dining room: intimate, seasonal and close to the water. The pleasure is in a plate that makes sense, a glass chosen thoughtfully, and time to enjoy both.
The kitchen follows the market rather than a fixed story. Fish, vegetables, rice and the traditions of the Veneto arrive with a light touch.

A note from the kitchen
“The most interesting ingredient is often the one that asks you to do the least.”
Our fictional chef Matteo Rinaldi imagines a kitchen built around morning conversations with growers and fishermen. A little acidity, a clear broth, a generous spoon of risotto: familiar ideas made with care.

From first coffee to last glass

07:30–10:30
Warm bread, fruit at its best, eggs cooked as you like them. Coffee poured slowly, with the water just beyond the window.

Behind the plate
The fictional kitchen begins at the market. A delivery is an invitation to rethink the day: a different fish, the first artichokes, a box of perfect pears.
Our menu is a portfolio interpretation of Venetian hospitality, with sixteen dishes and clear ingredient notes for exploring a table request.

The cellar
The imagined cellar favours the Veneto and neighbouring regions, with room for a few discoveries further afield. Choose something familiar, or let the conversation guide you.
Wine pairings and dietary preferences can be noted in the reservation demo. No real table or wine service is booked.
